Our journey at Jitala Group began in 1985 with the establishment of Osmani & Afzal Associates, specializing in financial optimization. With decades of expertise, we offer comprehensive tax consulting, strategic planning, and compliance services. Agricultural Excellence
In 1986, we expanded into agriculture by founding Jitala Agri Private Ltd. This family-run business blends traditional farming wisdom with modern innovations, specializing in crops like Sugar Cane, Wheat, and Mangoes. Utilizing precision agriculture techniques, we ensure sustainable growth and high yields, reinforcing agriculture as a pivotal pillar of our economy and a cornerstone of our business strategy.
Flour Mills
We also pride ourselves on our excellence in flour production, which started with Sadiqabad Flour Mills in 1990. These mills are a testament to our dedication to quality and artisanal craftsmanship. Our focus on meticulous precision and unwavering dedication ensures that these mills remain significant pillars in our industrial portfolio, contributing steadily to our diverse business ventures.

Established in July 2015, Jitala International Pvt. Ltd. (JIPL) operates as a distinct arm of the Jitala Group of Companies. Since inception, it has expanded steadily, driven by a vision to establish a unique market presence and identity.
With a focus on Distribution, Sales, and Management, the company adheres to structured organizational principles and strategic market entry. At its core, Jitala International is committed to delivering quality-driven solutions, guided by timely, strategies and a belief in excellence over volume. Unigranos
In 2023, Jitala Group launched Unigranos Trading Group, focusing on the global exportation of Premium Wheat, Petroleum Products and Non-Ferrous Metals. A subsidiary of the Jitala Group, guided by a legacy of success and innovation, leveraging the parent company’s diversified expertise to deliver unparalleled value.
KOVA
Launched under the Jitala Group, KOVA is our newest venture into sports, wellness, and community spaces. Its first initiative, Padel Grove, is a modern padel sports complex set to open at Korangi Creek by September 2025. Designed for players of all levels, it aims to foster connection, competition, and growth. Phase II is already underway-coming to you all soon.
